OasisSoftTech Refund Policy

When things go wrong and we fail to meet your expectations. We follow a Refund Policy to recover your monetary loss.

This Refund Policy is only applicable for services offered by OasisSoftTech and not for any third-party tools/websites used in your project. The Refund Policy remains applicable for any order you make through http://www.oasissofttech.com Website or any other website owned by OasisSoftTech.

We strongly believe that refund should be the last resort when circumstances go beyond the scope of fixing. Before processing the refund, we try to fix the issues you have faced and expect your support and coordination to achieve the desired results.

Eligibility for Refund

OasisSoftTech takes every project very seriously and gives its best to ensure the final outcome meets your desired expectations. To prevent any misunderstanding or disputes, we prepare an SRS (Software Requirements Specifications) Document containing the deliverable, functional specification, technical specification, resource involvement etc. Along with Project Plan.

You are eligible for a refund only if the service/deliverable delivered by OasisSoftTech doesn’t match with those are mentioned in initial proposed and agreed Documents. OasisSoftTech reserves the rights to deny or charge extra cost/time for any added services/deliverable other than those mentioned in the BRD/SRS Document. Also, you are not eligible for services/deliverable not included in the BRD/SRS Document.

Applicability of the Refund Policy

Please note that you are only eligible to a refund if you meet following criteria:

  • Timely Payments – This Refund Policy would be considered void if the agreed upon payments are not cleared or the client has not cleared payments in stipulated time.
  • Timely Communication – Communication is an inseparable part of business, and we expect our clients to keep in touch with us at every stage of project development. If the client fails to establish a timely communication which results in inappropriate deliverables, OasisSoftTech may refuse any refunds.
  • Inputs / Support – There are services that require your inputs/support for successful delivery. Any delay in such inputs/support may result to poor quality services and OasisSoftTech bears no responsibilities for any work loss occurred due to delays at your end.
